Searching IRIS
The menubar above is the main Entry Point into IRIS. It provides
a simple way of getting into the database using simple text searches
against specialized datasets or "views".
The procedure is as follows: first, select an Entry
Point from
the dropdown menu, then select a Constraint from the next dropdown
box. If the Constraint you selected starts with 'by' you should
type in a search string into the Search Text box stipulating
an identifier that you'd expect to find in the index keys of
a given dataset. The search text allows the use of wildcards
'%' for one more characters and '_' for exactly one character.
