Rice Transposable Elements Annotation Project
T. Bureau (McGill University) and R. Bruskiewich (IRRI) have collaborated on the annotation of rice transposable elements (TE) in the IRGSP finished draft genome. An excerpt of the text describing the analysis results (to be published by the team as part of the IRGSP publication of the work) is found here.
